Modification of the GLPI ticket management system for the Government of Risaralda, implementing digitalized forms

Developed the first digitalized form implemented in the Government of Risaralda’s production environment, transforming a previously paper- and Excel-based process into a structured digital workflow through the GLPI platform. The project improved information management, process efficiency, and request traceability within the institution.

Development of a web-based system integrated into the Integrated Information System (SII) of the Ituango Hydroelectric Project, designed to optimize the management and administration of supplier information. The solution centralized and organized key supplier data while enabling the management and tracking of related correspondence, improving information accessibility and streamlining administrative processes.

Territory and Coffee Productivity Analysis

Analysis of coffee production across municipalities in Caldas, Quindío, and Risaralda during the 2019–2023 period, evaluating yield, cultivated area, and production trends to identify the regions with the most efficient agricultural land use and the highest levels of productivity.
